EW is single, unmarried, therefore she has freedom and can do anything within her own privacy. The idiot (a doctor) is married with wife(s) and children. He's having fun with prostitute or what he regards as 'personal friend' for sexual purpose.
How can you compare both 48 hours of you and her? Your face are the thickest among the man I think, any man will just shut their ass up! You are an idiot.
